The Food & beverage production is an integral part of Hotel . FOOD production, as the name suggests, is about making food, and has three sections: Bakery, which is making bread and cakes, even chocolates and confectionery items; Specialty Kitchen, where International and regional cuisines such as Thai, Mughlai, Japanese,Oriental South Indian are made; Cold section, were salads and cold meat cuts items are prepared.

This is the department responsible for the service of food & Beverage to the customers prepared by the Food Production department. They are responsible for making cocktails & mocktails.

front office refers to the reception area or the core operations department of the hotel.. This would include the reception and front desk, as well as reservations, sales and marketing and concierge. This is the place where guests go when they arrive at the hotel.

In other word, it is "Show Case Window" of the hotel which reflects the image of a hotel

House keeping department is also known as the back bone of the hotel as they are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the front of the house areas as well as back of the house areas in order to keep them fresh and aesthetically appealing on the first day the hotel property opened for business.The aim is to provide their customer with clean,attractive,comfortable and welcoming surrounding that offers value for money.
