ABOUT EVENT

As you are aware of the online examination schedule starting from 18 Sep 2021, as a practice to make the candidates understand the examination process a 30 minutes mock test has been scheduled tomorrow 17 SEP 2021 from 10 AM TO 04 PM.
The examination will be conducted on bellow URL:

The candidates login and password remain the same for mock and final exams.
Kindly ask candidates to follow datesheet for their exam and login on time.
First batch –
Login time – 9.30 am
Test start time – 10.00 am
Last login time – 10.30 am (After this time , candidate will not be allowed to enter the test window)
Test end time – 1 pm ( as per your clock time) , irrespective of test duration displayed on test screen, test will be auto submitted by system at 1 pm
Second batch –
Login time – 1.30 pm
Test start time – 2 pm
Last login time – 2.30 pm (After this time , candidate will not be allowed to enter the test window)
Test end time – 5 pm ( as per your clock time) , irrespective of test duration displayed on test screen, test will be auto submitted by system at 5 pm
A. How to take assessment:
1. Open URL: Shared above
2. Login with your login credentials (Login ID & Password)
3. The students are recommended to take examinations using a Laptop/Desktop with a webcam and mic along with a Mobile phone capable of taking pictures of answer sheets. In case a student is taking the examination using Mobile phone, make sure it has a functional camera with proper pixels.
4. A reliable Internet connectivity on the Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Phone is compulsory for the examination.
5. Student ID card or any Government ID mandatorily required during the examinations and must be shown to the remote proctor/invigilator whenever required and in the approval process.
1. Click on the Start Test button to start the exam
2. Start attempting the questions. Once you have answered all the questions, click on the “End Test” button to submit your exam
B. Please read the following instructions thoroughly before you start the examination–
1. The candidate will be allowed to take the exam as per the allocated subject.
2. Please ensure that you are seated alone in a room for taking the examinations. Also ensure that you are seated in a well illuminated area for taking the examination.
3. An online Proctor (Invigilator) will be monitoring your test throughout the entire duration. Proctor can Pause your test, Take Snapshot remotely and Chat with you in case of any suspicious activity. The online examination system bears Artificial Intelligence (AI) features which will be continuously monitoring the students during the entire duration of examination. It will continuously view your Live Video, your Images and the Screens of your Laptop/ Desktop.
4. Please make sure that your Laptop is fully charged before appearing for the examination as a measure against unexpected power outages.
5. There is a navigation count of 60, once the count is exceeded the test will be auto submitted.

C. Laptop/Desktop Users for answering Subjective (Descriptive) questions:
1. For writing answers in A4 sheets:
Candidates need to write the answers completely on a plain A4 sheet and upload the same instead of typing the answers in the Text Box provided on the examination platform, you can write the question-wise answers on a plain A4 sheet and upload it by using a mobile phone by scanning QR Code*(Click: Upload answer sheet using – mobile). You will have to scan each side of the written answer sheet separately using a separate QR code
STUDENTS ARE INSTRUCTED TO USE SEPARATE A/4 SHEET FOR EACH QUESTION.
We request you to keep a sufficient number of plain A4 sheets & stationery handy well in advance for this purpose.
Note: You will be able to upload only a single image with each QR code. In case you would like to upload multiple images / diagrams / equations using your mobile phone, you will have to scan a QR code separately. Note that each QR Code is valid only for 300 Seconds after which you will have to scan a new QR Code.
The following mobile applications for QR Code scanning are recommended for Android &IoS Mobile phones:

To scan a QR Code on your iPhone touch using the native camera app, follow these steps-
Click on the Camera icon on your phone
Point it at a QR Code to scan
Click on the notification banner at the top of the screen that comes after scanning the QR code and it will take you to the page from where you can upload the answer sheet.
OR
Browse and upload through Laptop-
Steps for the same are-
 a. Click pics with mobile
 b. Transfer the pics to desktop using USB cable  click on browse upload at the bottom of text box, and attach like a normal mail attachment
While uploading answer sheet in case you get a warning for “low memory” Please follow following instructions –(Only for Android Phone Users)
1. Go to settings
2. Search for Developer options.
*3. If developer options are not enabled then go to about phone then click on “built number” or
Version 8 times and developer options turned ON*
4. Click on developer option
5. Then find “don’t keep my activity”
6. TURN ON
7. RESTART THE MOBILE
 D: Candidates who are taking exams on Mobile (For Answering Subjective (Descriptive) questions):
1. Candidates need to write the answers completely on a plain A4 sheet and upload the same instead of typing the answers in the Text Box provided on the examination platform, you can write the question-wise answers on a plain A4 sheet and upload it by using a mobile phone by clicking on “Upload answer sheet using Mobile camera” OR Mobile phone users-  Click image of answer sheets for one question. Select multiple images against one  question by browsing and uploading from mobile storage.
2. Request you to keep a sufficient number of plain A4 sheets & stationery handy well in advance for this purpose.
3. Please make sure you make the final submission only after completing the examination. You will be asked to confirm in case you accidentally try submitting the examination before the completion of the duration. Please note that once you make the final submission, you will not be able to take up the examination again.

System requirements
Internet Bandwidth: The minimum required bandwidth is 1 Mbps of internet speed on each machine.
Machine Configuration: RAM – RAM – Minimum 2GB (though 4GB is recommended), Processor Speed- 1.5 Ghz and above. Preferred Operating System – Windows 8 above.
Preferred browsers: For taking the test, recommended browsers are Google Chrome (Ver. 7.5 or above), Mozilla Firefox (Ver. 70 or above). Candidate using any apple device, kindly use GOOGLE CHROME ONLY to take the test. Test till not work on Safari browser.
The exam will not support on Linux.
A web camera must be available for the test. Recommended to use Laptop/Desktop for taking the test.
Microphone is recommended.
Valid Id proof. –Student ID Card or Government ID Card ONLY
If your internet disconnects during submission contact the Help center on the given number and don’t close your window.
Make sure that pop-up blocker is disabled on your browser. Any notifications related to antivirus, windows update, email notifications etc. will be counted as navigation. Post the warnings test will be auto submitted.
