A Workshop on PERL Language
ABOUT EVENT
A one day workshop for the students of BCA and MCA department anent PERL language was conducted by accomplished members of the Pearl Organisation Inc. on 29th March, 2018. The team members comprised of members from technical, management and networking departments.
Pearl Organisation Inc. is a leading Digital Marketing company of Dehradun established in the year of 2011 by Vishwajeet Singh Rajora. Their reputed clientele includes Amazon education campus pvt. Ltd., Ikya Island, aAl Baik India pvt. Ltd., Aura Kitchen & Spirits Ltd., Doon Defense Dreamers and Doon tuition point.
Perl language is a networking language derived from C and acquires some of its features from shell. The workshop highlighted the general framework of the programming language and how it has found an evident use in the digital commercialization sector. The team also illuminated the students on the workability and compatibility of the language along with its use in the development of web applications. The team introduced the language through a technical presentation followed by a practical session on the same.
The workshop commenced in the presence of Dr. Amit Bhatt (Director, DBIMS), Mr. Digvijay Singh (HoD, Computer Application), Mr. Rakesh Kumar (CoD, Computer Application) and Tushar Antwal.
