 9 | Roles & Responsibilities | 1.Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct Clients in the US
2. Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement, and full-time/permanent placement. 3. Dealing with the pay rate tax terms like C2C, 1099, and W2 based consultants. 4.Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & 5.conducting interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiation 6.End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from the requirement to onboarding of candidates 7. Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references, etc. 8.Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications 9.Conducting 1st round of interviews to check communication skills, fitment issues, the reason for the change, etc. 10.Build & sustain the network of potential candidates 11.Aggressive in Negotiation 12.Good Negotiation and Closure skills with a strong emphasis on Client/Candidate |
