| 8 | Job Profile | · Responsible for improving the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability through efficient store operations, managing human resources, finance, inventory, customer care, marketing, and administration.
· This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, customer service and marketing for all retail products, besides being a support to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager · To manage back end support with respective staff w.r.t warehouse management, logistics, customer experience, store technology and maintenance · To provide effective back-up to the store manager, and to manage the store in absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager · Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales volume to maximize profits. |
