Management Trainee- HRÂ
- Handling end to end recruitment and selection process along with several
- documentations.
- Resource requests, deliver within time and cost limitations.
- Â Sourcing and Screening of profiles through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster,Times etcs), Internet job search, Job posting & advertising, Networking,
- Employee referrals & references, Hunting & head hunting, Existing
- database, Social networking sites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all
- assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Scheduling candidates for interview and walk in drive at various locations.
- Negotiates salaries/rate with candidates and negotiates pay rates with
- subcontracting companies
- Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
- Short listing and scheduling candidates for the technical interview.
- Coordinating with candidates and technical team to ensure the entire
- interview process is done effectively.
- Co – ordination between the candidates and the HR Recruitment team
- about the selection process, interview and feedback
- Â Pre joining & Post joining follow-up with selected candidates.
- Following up the client from offered to joined & and invoicing.
- Â MIS & data base management.
