1.To check the authenticity of the employees post joining a new company and identify the procedure of verification

2.Follow up through call or emails with HR SPOC for closing verification checks

3.To conduct primary source verification of specified antecedents.

4.To ensure adherence to TAT and Process

5.Regular updation of database

6.To appropriately and timely communicate case needs requiring attention or action to respective  Manager

7. Accurate capturing of verification obtained.
