Project Report on Hy-Fi Cultivation

 

On 13th October 2018 Department of Agriculture participated in exhibition show at St. Joseph’s Academy, Dehradun. Exhibition show was based on the ‘emerging techniques’ in different fields. Dept. of Agriculture students presented project on Hydroponic and fisheries (Hy-Fi) cultivation.

Objective:

The main objective of the project was “Utilization of small land for better production by recycling of different resources for generating daily wages to farmers”

Theory:

Hy-fi cultivation includes fisheries, livestock, orchard, hydroponic cultivation, layer farming poultry and farm field. This project require 1 hectare land for different enterprises. Basically the project conclusion turned up in the form of organic farming through the effect of livestock.
