8 | Job Profile | Â Â Job Description:
·        Finance: Theoretical and practical aspects of Financial Industry. Understanding will be generated for financial products (i.e. Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Equity etc.) and in-depth understanding of Human Life Value Calculation, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Risk management and setting of Financial goals will be imparted. Interns will meet individuals (through referrals, corporate activities, promotional drives, etc.) And generate leads for the organization. Interns will interview clients, review their fiscal situations to understand their Financial Positions and develop tools to assist in meeting financial goals. ·        Marketing: Conceptual understanding will be generated for financial products (i.e. Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Equity etc.) and in-depth understanding of Human Life Value Calculation, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Risk management and setting of Financial goals will be imparted. The candidate would go through two rounds of evaluation, initially as an individual and later on as a Team Leader. The candidate would be leading a team of 10 to 15 Interns, where he will help them achieve their goals combined with his own personal experience and training. ·        Human Resources Candidate will be supposed to do following activity • Candidate Screening: • Interviewing • Reference and Background Checks  |
