Operations Intern

Quality Check of online listings of our website

· Quality check of images, content etc. present on our website.

· Call quality Auditing, Share feedback timely.

· Quality control in form of Site QC.

· Define guideline for the measurement of effectiveness of call/listing/process by

Discussing with various stakeholders.

· Identifying fatal & non-fatal errors impacting the process & take corrective/preventive

action

· Analyzing the data & preparing quality reports & dashboards on timely basis

· Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports

· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data

systems

· Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

· To take corrective measures to improve & increase the lead/response quality.

· Conceptual and creative ability to help the organization & the process by sharing new,

innovative and effective ideas for improvement

· Escalating issues that hamper process.

Operations Intern:

· Validation and Activation of Draft listings (listings posted by Call Centre), Requested

Listings (listings directly posted by customer) and Edited Listings (active listings edited

by customer)

· Reactivation and Refreshing the listings of customer on request and on requirement.

· Project and Property Listings.

· Handling customer’s queries, request and complaints on Toll-free /Email or via feedback

from website other options given on website (like: Report and error)
