| 8 | Job Profile | Assistant Manager Merchandiser – Furniture Job Responsibility : • Store Assortment – Coordinating with regional team, ensuring right merchandise is on display based on their sales trend, promotion campaign competition. • Inventory tracking – Daily tracking against customer order, merchandize movement based on lead time from WH. Ensuring Back up MBQ is maintained. • Daily, weekly monthly summary; snapshot of store assortment, sales, non-assortment high and ageing stocks to right stakeholder. • Visit all stores local market for better understanding of product, price merchandising. • New launch product – ensure right mix is available at store and new product is displayed as per our guidelines • SPOC for all store communication like stock visibility, promotion pricing, new launch information, system related issues. • Working closely with store team regional IC for daily grievances • Sales stock analysis for merchandise control. Highlight odds for immediate corrective action. • Drive ASIS Non-assortment sales through stores, by giving target, motivating floor staff, incentive etc. • Root cause analysis for any TAT lapse, and ensuring correct system/process is set to avoid future error.
