Contestants may enter on their own behalf provided that the person submitting the Entry is legally authorized to agree to all terms set forth in these Rules on behalf of such organization.

by submitting an entry, each participant agrees to the terms set forth herein, including without limitation the assignment of intellectual property rights and release of liability as specified in the section of these rules entitled “contest terms.”

Eligible Entries: Each video submitted to this contest must be under 40 seconds in length and must comply in all respects with these Rules. Video Submissions must be submitted in one of the following electronic formats: MP4 (1080HD). All files must be under 25 MB.

Video Submissions of all genres and styles will be accepted. The videos may be recorded in any Hindi/English language, subtitles are also accepted. All Video Submissions must focused on newly launched Company product – OXYZOL (disinfectant spray), as further described by the Judging Criteria, set forth below. Entries must be the original works owned entirely by the Participants. Entries may not contain any material that:

(i)                 violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity;

(ii)               is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations; or

(iii)             Would require a license or permission from or payment to any third party if used by the Sponsor.

(iv)             All content belonging to third parties shall be noted and, where appropriate, cited.

Entry Procedure: Participants must submit via the Oxybee Solutions Pvt. Ltd. business account between 10 AM on June 20, 2020 and 12.00 PM July 20, 2020. (the “Video Submission Period”).

Screening Process: The Company Management will verify that the participant and the Entry meets the eligibility criteria set forth above and that the Entry is consistent with the Competition Terms (as defined herein). The Committee may disqualify any Entry that contains any material that the Management, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for public dissemination in connection with the Contest. However, all eligibility determinations shall be made in the sole discretion of the Company Management.

All Entries that pass this screening process will be eligible for inclusion on the Digital Platform. In addition, each Entry that is eligible to be selected as a Winner, which eligibility will be determined in the sole discretion of the company Management shall be submitted to the Jury to be judged as set forth below.

Judging Criteria and Scoring Procedure:

All decisions of the company management and jury are final and not subject to negotiations, challenge, or appeal.

Special Prizes: for those (selected students*) who tag and share (facebook page) the product pictures and selected video on facebook account as well as on other digital account.

By submitting an Entry, each participant: Agrees to all of the terms and conditions of these Rules;

1)            Total running time of video must be between 15 to 40 Seconds.

2)            Voice in video should be clear and product needs to be visible clearly.

3)            If video is concept based then it is better.

4)            Need to highlight the product benefits and uses.

5)            Multiple entries can be submitted, each video is considered as a new entry.

6)            Every selected video gets paid and special reward for Facebook tag.

7)            No vulgar content is there company will take strict action as per company law, no one has right to tarnish the image of Company.

8)            Once the video received and selected by the company then it will be property of company and the company management has all rights reserved to play videos on social media.

9)            Company will have all rights reserved and students will not share with other platform or with any other medium.

10)       Company name should be there.

11)       Every student awarded with certificate – internship and potential students may get chance to work with company.

12)       Videos can be informative, funny and conveying message of health, peace and harmony etc.
