Highlights of Events

While cooperation between people is very common today, it has not been so for more than 50 years. The transformation of the general line of the assembly into a modern-day type of organization consisting of a growing number of first interactions took place during World War I and World War II, in an effort to unite its people. Motivation in teamwork is largely due to the Hawthorne studies, a set of studies conducted in the 1920s and 1930s that highlighted the positive aspects of collaboration in organizational planning.
