DBGI Uttarakhand Scholarship 2021
DBGI firmly believes that Education is the underlying right that must be provided to every citizen. It believes that the brilliant and innovative minds who have passion and dedication in their hearts and ideas and intentions in their mind shouldn’t have money as a barrier in their path towards success. Therefore, it provides the need-based aid, thus the scholarship to the meritorious students based on their academic achievements as a reward for their hard work and excellence. DBGI has initiated the Scholarship 2021 assistance to encourage and accelerate the students’ educational and personal development. It is a small step taken towards strengthening the roots of India’s future through nurturing its potent beholders.
What are the types of Scholarships provided?
Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions offers three types of Scholarships, namely:
Meritorious Scholarship – The meritorious scholarship is awarded to the students based on the merit which they possess. The scholarship offered varies based on the percentage attained by the aspirant. The scholarship percent offered based on the percentage are as follows –

Category-Based Scholarship – Other than the merit-based scholarship, the institute also offers various other scholarship schemes, which are divided into six categories. These categories are as follows –
Uttarakhand Domicile Scholarship –This Scholarship is for the students who hail from Uttarakhand. Thus 25% scholarship on the tuition fees shall be awarded to the students who have their permanent address in Uttarakhand.
Girls Scholarship- As an initiative to encourage and promote the girl children to pursue education, the institute shall be offering a scholarship of 10% on the tuition fees every year for the girl child to support the academic pursuits of meritorious and talented girls.
Alumni Scholarship – Institute will be rendering an alumni Scholarship of 10% on the tuition fees to any student who has completed a degree program at DBGI and secures admission in a second-degree program for another academic year.
Martyrs Scholarship – In recognition of the services rendered to the nation by Martyr’s, a 100% scholarship on the tuition fees shall be awarded to the wards of the soldiers who lost their lives for the country.
Defense/Army Scholarship – As a small gesture to pay a petite tribute to our Indian armed forces for their innumerable efforts and sacrifices while serving our nation, the institute is awarding a 5% scholarship on the tuition fees to the wards of the defense or army personals.
Sports Scholarship – With the aim to recognize the achievements of budding sportspersons and their exceptional performance at the national, state, and university levels, a scholarship of 10% on the tuition fees will be provided to the talented athletes.
STEP – 01 – ENQUIRY
Fill and submit the Scholarship Enquiry Form with all the requisite details.
STEP – 02 – REGISTRATION
On Successful submission of the Enquiry Form, it will automatically redirect you to the Scholarship Registration Form 2021-22.
Fill and submit the Scholarship Registration Form 2021-22 with all the requisite details.
STEP – 03 – APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT
Successful submission of the Scholarship Registration Form will lead you to the Payment Gateway, thus the last step where the Registration Fee (Rs. 1200/-) has to be submitted via Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.
NOTE:- After the successful payment, make sure to download the pay slip.
In case, if you want to submit the Registration Fee later then you can Log In again through the ‘Already Registered’ option (present at the beginning of the Scholarship Registration Form and can continue the payment process).

Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions offers three types of Scholarships, namely:
Academic Scholarship: Academic Scholarship, awards Up to 100% Scholarship on tuition fee to the students who enrol in DBGI before 15 July 2021.
Uttarakhand Domicile Scholarship: This Scholarship is for the students who hail from Uttarakhand. Thus 25% scholarship,on tuition fee shall be awarded to the students who have their permanent address in Uttarakhand.
COVID Warriors Scholarship: This Scholarship is for the Coronavirus Warriors (Police Personals, Army Personnel, Medical Staff, Sanitization Workers). The wards of COVID 19 warriors will be awarded the 100% Scholarship, which is equal to one -year tuition fees.
The ‘Academic Scholarship’ and ‘Domicile Scholarship’ are worth rupees 8 Crore whereas COVID 19 Scholarship is of worth 3 Crore.
Eligibility Criteria varies with the type of Scholarship offered by DBGI, which are as follows:
Eligibility for Academic Scholarship:
- A student must have Minimum 50% marks in XII Std. or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council.
- A student must apply for the Scholarship before 15 May 2020.
Eligibility for Domicile Scholarship:
- A student must be a native of Uttarakhand thus must the domicile certificate of Uttarakhand.
Eligibility for COVID 19 Scholarship:
- In order to acclaim, this scholarship one needs to display their COVID 19 Warrior pass.

NOTE:- After the successful payment, make sure to download the pay-slip.
In case, if you want to submit the Registration Fee later, then you can Log In again through the ‘Already Registered‘ option (present at the beginning of the Scholarship Registration Form and can continue the payment process).
The Application Fees amount of Rs 1200/-is not for the scholarship application. It is ‘Application Fees’ which an interested student has to submit in order to secure the seat in their desired course.
Yes, one can continue/renew the Scholarship in consecutive years by fulfilling the following requirements:
- One must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance and
- One must have a minimum of 80% marks aggregate.
Yes, the Scholarship at DBGI is available for both the graduate and post-graduate students.

NOTE –
- The Scholarship will be awarded on the first-come, first-served basis to a limited number of scholars subject to admission.
- The Scholarship shall be granted on Tuition Fee only.
- The scholarship will be provided in installments.
- Academic performance of a student and the attendance shall be the sole criteria for the continuation of the Scholarship and DBGI makes sure to help the potential students maintain it with their dedication and hard work.
- Only the academic Scholarship is based on academic merits rest are as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
